2. What we process and why

• Assessment answers + email — to calculate your score and deliver your report (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: contract/initiative at your request).
• Newsletter consent — only with your explicit opt-in (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable anytime via one-click unsubscribe.
• Server logs — security and error diagnosis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), deleted after 14 days.

3. Processors

• Cloudflare (hosting, Workers, storage) — EU/US, DPA in place
• Resend (transactional email) — DPA in place

We never sell personal data.

4. Your rights

Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and complaint to your supervisory authority. Requests: office@buildweb.example.com — answered within 30 days.

5. Retention

Assessment data is deleted 24 months after last interaction unless a business relationship exists.
