1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the BuildWeb website and services. The assessment and calculator tools are provided free of charge and without warranty of specific results; projections are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Services
Paid services (hosting, funnel engine, content tools) are provided according to the selected plan. Billing is monthly, cancellable anytime with effect to the end of the billing period.
3. Your data
You own your leads, content, and metrics. Export is available at any time.
4. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence per applicable Austrian law (§1319a ABGB).
